the "shannon" collection is derived from a hand-carved mirror motif that recalls elements of design from moorish spain. each of these pieces is hand-pierced by a jeweler's saw from a single sheet of 18kt or 22kt gold, then hammered and dapped, giving them their curvature. the high carat gold retains the texture of the hammer strokes, a final polish with a brass brush leaves them with a soft, velvety finish
