hephaistos is named for the Greek god of the forge, known to the Romans as Vulcan, and celebrated for his craftsmanship with fine jewelry, armor and metalwork. each piece of jewelry from this line is forged, pierced and fabricated in a small studio in new york. since every piece is made by hand, each bears the individual imprint of its history in texture and finish. hephaistos offers jewelry in 22- and 18-karat gold. we use conflict-free stones sourced from ethical dealers.
